Mark Sandford has extensive experience in corporate finance and stockbroking, having started his career on the London Metal Exchange before moving back to Perth and working for Argonaut, Hartleys and Nascent Capital.

Mark has a vast experience working with ultra high net worths and small capitalisation resource funds. A number of his transactions have created significant wealth for his clients.

Mark is one of the co-founding directors of the Inyati Fund, working on the buy side co-managing the investment decisions of the Fund.

Mark graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

William Langley has extensive experience in exploration geology as well as corporate finance and stockbroking, having made the transition from exploration geologist to the sell side as an investment advisor at Hartleys and then Nascent Capital. 

William specialises in working with small capitalised companies and investor groups in the resources industry from project generation to marketing, as well as advising on corporate finance, acquisitions and investor relations to ASX companies.

William has more than 10 years of mining and exploration industry experience in a broad range of commodities from precious & base metals to battery minerals namely Lithium, Nickel and Cobalt. 

William is currently the co-founding director of the Inyati Fund, working on the buy side whereby he co-manages the investment decisions of the fund. 

William graduated from the University of Western Australia with a BSc in Geology.

Luke Levis has developed a diverse skillset through multifaceted roles in financial markets in his career to date. Luke started in Foreign Exchange with Westpac Institutional Bank in Sydney before making the move to Equity Markets as a Designated Trading Representative for both BBY and Argonaut. After returning to Perth, Luke joined Integro Private Wealth as Investment Manager where he was responsible for significant Assets Under Management.

Prior to joining Inyati, Luke was an Investment Adviser at Merchant Group where he provided bespoke portfolio management to a select number of high-net-worth clients. In this role, Luke also facilitated traditional stockbroking and capital raising services.

Luke graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting and Finance. Luke also completed an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and FASEA qualification.
